At the inaugural Clearway Conference & Awards, Gareth Parry from Better Together facilitated a closing workshop that invited attendees to consider one question: What opportunity should this community unlock together over the next 12 months?
Participants shared ideas at their tables, contributed through Slido and voted on the opportunities they considered most important. The workshop summary brings those responses together with themes captured in the conference visual notes.
A clear thread was the value of earlier, more visible coordination. Participants pointed to better visibility of forward works, stronger relationships across organisations and practical ways to share information while organisations continue to manage their own data. They also highlighted the need to recognise the pressures on road controlling authorities and to make collaboration part of everyday planning and delivery.
