New TTM Supervision Qualification

The first New Zealand Certificate in Temporary Traffic Management Supervision (Level 4) is set to strengthen leadership capability across the TTM workforce while creating clearer career pathways for people working in the sector.

Developed in collaboration with industry, the qualification reflects the growing responsibility of supervisors leading temporary traffic management activities on worksites and supports the sector’s shift toward a more risk-based approach to training and competence.

It also provides a clear and credible pathway for workers to build their capability over time, while enabling employers to demonstrate that their workforce is trained and competent.
